Africanbodybuildersavenue: Are you on any strict diet plan that you want to share with  Africa and the rest of the world?

KULBILA: No am not on any strict diet people do ask me a lot of questions concerning what i eat. So i want to post one of my favourite  quick meal to my fans all over i call this one  mega oat omelette.

Africanbodybuildersavenue: what are the ingredients used in preparing this food?And how one can  prepares it ?

KULBILA: ingredients :50 grams of uncooked oats,six(6)egg whites and two(2) whole eggs,chili powder,chopped onion and garlic, ,salt to taste, tablespoon full of olive oil, fresh tomatoes.(you can add any vegetable of your choice ).

procedure ; Beat eggs for the yolk to mixed with the egg white. Then you throw in your chopped vegetables,oats chili powder   and stir to mix,then  you finally add salt to taste.(you can add spices of your choice if needed).Put frying pan on fire under low heat and pour in your olive oil wait for 2 minutes then pour in your mixture wait for some few minutes and turn it over your meal is almost ready.
