NO EXCUSES

I hear a lot of people saying one can’t build a 3d delts naturally. I totally disagree , to build a 3d delts you have to  hit the three heads of your deltoids which is Anterior,Lateral and posterior. Most people do only barbell and dumbell presses which  are great but with only that you can’t  get that round shaped delts you want.You got to do  isolation exercises that focus the work only on one specific head of the deltoid, and these are the exercises I do to to get it done. 1 Anterior deltoid : (barbel
or dumbell front raises)
2 Lateral deltoid dumbell (Lateral raises)
3 posterior: (bent over or Seated Bent Over Dumbbell Reverse Fly). With thses exercises I assure you that you delts will look like the canon ball when you wear dem tank tops 😆😆😆.
